In total Eeyore mode.

I wonder: does trepanning relieve headaches? I'm almost willing to try it. I did have entirely Eeyore-ish entry of whingitude here, but I have deleted that nonsense and replaced it with the usual frivolous and possibly amusing poll.

I almost clicked "Having WIPs and not finishing them for two years." but then I realized I have like FIVE WIPs some of them having been around for at least that long too.....
I'm not a fan of Dollhouse either, just in case that makes you feel better.
Mostly, you oppress me by not giving an I'll read anything you post option. :)

Trepanning may relieve headaches, but I think the cases in which it does so are limited to headaches-from-skull-fracture and cures-headache-along-with-that-pesky-"breathing"-syndrome.
Also, I really think Dollhouse can be summed up as "Plot, politics, and philosophy bad. Eliza Dushku pretty."
She's quite gorgeous. And completely unconvincing as Sexy Glasses-Wearing Librarian Hostage Negotiator. Though I think the dialog didn't help-- there was an absurd emphasis on "you have to believe I've done this many times before" which only drew attention to how unconvincing she was. Also, there's the core improbability of that hire-a-negotiator-from-the-Dollhouse scenario.

But this could be the topic of its own rant. I need to watch the second episode before I go off on a tear.
Aha. Hm! I have many more words written for that story. They're the wrong ones, but first drafts can at least be edited into second ones.
I'm finding the relationship between Echo & the big black guy interesting - at the end of show 2 he was seeing her as a 'real person', she was 'remembering' him after her mindwipe. So I will watch 3 for that, it's all that caught me.

I d/l'ed Enemy at the Gate yesterday, use the search.
Yes, Echo + protective-ex-cop-guy is an interesting combination. And there's a casting spoiler out there that guarantees we'll be watching for a while yet. Mr P is a big fan of the person who'll be appearing [mumble mumble]. Sigh. Scripts better get better. Dialog better get Jossy. Or I'll be grumbling a lot. Take that, Whedon! I'll grumble!
I liked the second episode of Dollhouse better than the first. But, I miss snappy banter and humor. There is no "essence of Joss" in this show. I hope it shows up.
That's the consensus of everybody I've talked to about it from fans to coworkers: where's the Whedon dialog? Bleat! I haven't watched the second one yet, but I'll be watching tonight, probably.
I refuse to watch Dollhouse for fear of being disappointed.

I'd love to see some more on either "Cloud Animals" or "Helios Hyperion". I also forgot to tick "Reconnection."
